Logistics Support Specialist Trainee

We are a dedicated Delivery Service Partner (DSP) committed to providing exceptional delivery experiences to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist Trainee to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Real-Time Tracking: Monitor drivers' delivery locations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Customer Instructions Compliance: Ensure drivers are following all customer instructions to provide top-notch service.
Driver Coaching: Provide on-the-road and in-person coaching to drivers to enhance performance and efficiency.
Performance Monitoring: Follow up on driver performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
Quality Assurance: Focus on tracking real-time delivery quality and address any issues promptly.
Safety Monitoring: Track real-time road safety and driver behaviors to promote successful and safe deliveries.
Multitasking: Efficiently analyze data while communicating coaching information to drivers over the phone.
Qualifications:
2 years of college or equivalent is required
Education & Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly analyze and interpret data.
Excellent multitasking abilities and communication skills.
Availability:
Willingness to work weekends.
Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
Working hours are from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Requirements:
Must pass a background check and drug test.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour with Performance Bonus: Eligible after 90 days of employment.
